I thought this store had finally started to deliver quality food but I this only lasted a short while. Tonight’s meal doesn’t even resemble food. Don’t waste your money
Stopped in on Friday the 3rd of January a touch after 11pm. The store was closed, but drive - thru was opened. Seemed like only 2 people working guy on drive thru and women running orders? The gentleman on order taking was patient and lovely. The food was excellent. Hot, fresh and hit the spot. Ordered tenders and they were superb, and spicy sauce just made them taste better.nWas really happy, and although a small wait, the line moved along well.nIf it was only 2 staff they did an amazing job.nStore is dated and could definitely do with an update. But otherwise whoever was on, thank you for the amazing service. It's a difficult job and you went above and beyond. Thank you.
A dramatic change to my review earliernWas served raw meat, when enquire is it suppose to look like this, the girl smirk and said yes.nWhen enquired again, the girl said “ well what I am suppose to do with this?”nThere is it…nI hope my old phone can do the raw meat photo justice.nWhat a shame.
Have the staff even been trained yet? Utterly disgusting drive through experience on 2 occasions gave the benefit of the doubt to attend the 2nd time! so rude and obnoxious and lengthy wait times 16min for a Chicken Royale meal and a cheeseburger…when the young lady walked out of the store to bring the food to the car she was walking so slow which was even more frustrating. Store hasn’t been open long so hoping they run some customer service training to all staff as up until now it’s been extremely woeful. Appreciate it’s a fast food chain so not expecting the world but surely there’s a min level expected?
Worst hungry jacks I’ve ever been to. Waited literally 20 minutes in store for this !!! Doesn’t even have lettuce like it’s supposed to. This shop is a joke.
