Terrible food and terrible service. I had an issue with my food and very politely asked for reparations, only to be met with disgraceful attitudes. As a paying customer I expect the food I order to be somewhat edible, if it isn’t then I expect to be treated like a human being at the very least. This cafe is serving people who are in a hospital! Management should be ashamed.

This cafe does not deserve any stars let alone the cafe description. $6.10 for a toasted (1) sausage sandwich with onion. No butter no sauce. Are you kidding. Zouki, you are taking advantage of people in the unfortunate situation to be at a hospital with no other option to obtain food. You are a disgrace. Shame on you.

It's hard to believe this is acceptable food for a hospital. Surely there should be some basic standards applied. Especially since there is no alternative.
