The #1 bacon and egg roll in Canberra. Oscar (who is a great guy) LITERALLY bakes his own soft, fresh buns for his rolls and burgers each night. When you order, he fills them generously with freshly cooked bacon and eggs, and tops them off with his own house-made aioli. He also makes all the cakes and tarts here himself - unlike most cafes that buy them in from bulk bakeries.

Recently ordered their famous chips with aioli. The chips were SWIMMING IN GREASE! I fell sick after eating it. They gave chips (small order) in a foiled lined bag and the bottom third was pure, liquid oil - it leaked into my hand ew. Oh, and of course the chips became super soggy. Never again will i risk their fries! Also, the pre-made wraps have revolting soggy, stale tasting meat. Its a pity, because Oscar is a really nice guy! And, I like that they sell healthier options like fruit salad and boxes of dates. Also, the aioli is so good. And, the coffee is decent. (Makes a mental note to only buy fruit and coffee here from this time on).
