Zoes Kitchen offers a broad range of quality brand homeware products at reasonable prices. The store is ideally located inside Woodgrove Shopping Mall. The setting is  vibrant and the service staff are also  helpful and friendly.

As of 18/12, order placed on 30/11, is still in transit between Melbourne and Wollongong approx 8 hour drive it took a week for Zoe’s to dispatch, and unfortunately they use Aramex who have a terrible reputation for their service. Advised Zoe’s that I had spent $200 on carer Xmas gifts to be given on 16/12 and still no parcel. Their reply was a  you can track your parcel here link and stated they are always happy to help?  Terrible customer service. I dont recommend Zoe’s, based on their customer service, if your order is for gifts needed within a month, as you will very likely not receive them in time.

PLEASE AVOID! WILL POST YOU OUT DAMAGED GOODS AND TAKE A MONTH TO RESPOND AND ADVISE THAT THEY WILL TRY AND TRACK DOWN REPLACEMENT EMPTY BOXES AND POST THEM OUT. I PURCHASED THESE FOR A GIFT AND COULD NOT GIVE THEM IN THIS CONDITION. COULD NOT WAIT FOR THEM TO TRY AND TRACK DOWN EMPTY BOXES. TRIED TO EXPLAIN NICELY VIA A PHONE CALL THAT THIS DINT SUIT ME BECAUSE THEY BIRTHDAY HAD COME AND GONE AND I HAD TO GO ELSE WHERE. THEY THE. TOLD ME TO POST THEM BACK AND THEN THEY WOULD LOOK AT A REFUND. ALL THIS TOOK MORE THAN A MONTH. THERE STOCK LOOKS AMAZING BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGRACEFUL. TRIED TO TELL ME IT DIDN’T MATTER BECAUSE IT WAS JUST THE BOXES THAT WERE DAMAGED. AVOID AT ALL COST. Thank you for speaking with me Charmaine, I am sorry you couldn’t help!

Pretty unimpressed. I ordered an item for Christmas, purchased on the 25th November. I bought a handful of other items to cross the free shipping limit. When the parcel arrived, the main item was not in the box. The website displayed it as still processing. After waiting an additional fortnight, I called the store and was told I had been given a refund and my order had been cancelled due to lack of stock it was in stock at the time of payment. Neither statement was true. I did not receive any email or text message notice, nor did I receive the refund until after I had called to investigate what was happening. I was left without a Christmas present a week out from Christmas.  Also, they continue to send you newsletters and advertisement even when you hit unsubscribe multiple times. A humongous pet peeve of mine.

Repeat online customer. Impressive range of good quality products, often at sale prices. Easy to navigate website. Dispatch is quick and fragile products exceptionally well packaged. Looking forward to an in store visit when I'm next in Melbourne.

May as well buy from Ebay, not good quality items.  Products arrived already rusting at the welds.  Service is okay - they disputed then offered to pay for postage for me to return the items.
