the new loaded chips is such a disappointment. i expected it to be cheesy but it was just chips loaded with bbq sauce. never ever buy it again. we got our meal after 5 mins wait but came very warm. not fresh at all... we had a disappointing meal after spending$ 72.00
I recently came through drive-through, The two young girls through drive through were amazing. I believe their names was elle and Laila? elle’s service at the speaker was great, so respectful and Laila was very helpful when our order was incorrect. If this is how hungry jacks service is everywhere I’ll be returning!
Very disappointed with the customer service. The staff were talking to each other instead of helping customers, leaving people waiting for their orders while being ignored. The customer service manager really needs to observe how the workers are behaving. Also, the shift manager seemed very inexperienced. A shift manager should have proper experience to handle customer issues, but the person in charge appeared too young and unprepared for the role.
Every single time I order from here, the order gets messed up. I don’t understand how it keeps happening. I ordered a cheeseburger and got something completely different with barbecue sauce in it. Chips missing from meals — it’s just disappointing. It’s not a one-off mistake either; it’s been consistent. I really want to like this place, but the quality control and attention to orders seriously need improvement.
Night staff DO NOT READ THE ORDERS!!!n3 seperate times things have been missing from burgers, drinks have been wrong and everything has been cold!nOnce, is understandable… but so consistently WRONG…nIts pathetic! :nHonestly, I spent 10 years in hospitality/24/7 fast food place in the CBD…nIf i worked here, i would be SO EMBARRASSED!!!
