Phoned about 6-7 times and was just hung up on. Terrible service. I can understand if it's busy as it's a Saturday night but seriously?? I've called and called and called and it's just being declined. Really really rude

I’m writing this review whiles I’m still waiting for my food at Nando’s Melton. Nearly an hours. The staff who took my order her name was Maria( found on the receipt) she was extremely rude. Pushed me to buy extras. She was uncleaned, she needs clean her self before she comes to work. Still waiting for foods.

Food was ok, but the staff seem incoherent and incapable of answering simple questions, had to repeat myself multiple times and still didnt get a straight answer, the order ended up being incomplete.

Nando's is great and this one is ok too. Could improve customer service a bit but otherwise spot on with the food. Love the spice!

Horrible portion size especially considering I spent $40 and had barely any meat. Ordered a quarter chicken and it was more like an 1/8. Ordered the salad and it came with three tiny pieces of chicken, barely call it tenderloins. Thankfully I know that other nandos aren't like this and I will definitely NOT be coming back to this store. Disgusting.
