Was served stale chips and zinger burger the first go. When asked to redo the order, they told me to wait for the next frying lot and served the food after 10 mins, only to my surprise being served same chips and chicken redone. Not at all satisfied.
Even though KFC menu advertises a 'favorites box : one wicked wing, one original chicken, one tender, chips, mash and gravy plus a chicken and mayo slider with drink = $13.95..." Woodgrove is the ONLY place you can buy this meal from. I have tried X5 stores and they "haven't done it for years" or "have never had that offer". Wow! And it is literally on the online menu for Australia . Go Woodgrove
their chicken is not cooked well as other KFS’s the meat is not soft and not juicy and not falling off the bone at all like it’s supposed to!Something is wrong in that particular store. Also the sizes are small I ordered “original recipe” pieces and they were tiny pieces like half the size of what you get in other KFS stores. I’m not coming back here ever
This would have to be the worst KFC. It’s always so busy when I walk past. Always get the order wrong and the hot & spicy taste like the normal chicken. Chips alway under cooked. It’s disgusting!
First time here and first time getting a favourite box I didn’t receive any chips and he even asked if I wanted regular or large I also didn’t receive a wicked wing but received 2 pieces of chicken
This KFC is always busy during dinner hours. They don’t have a large car park so customers are forced to queue along the one way road. This restaurant is quick and accurate with orders.
Uneducated fools working the register. Got told at 8:30 that there was no original fillet and there was no potato and gravy. So we ask for a chicken piece which is worth $3 and are told we need to get something for the same price as the potato and gravy. If you are going to keep the shop open for longer hours, you need to be considerate of customers wants and not argue with them. When in reality all your chicken goes in the bin at the end of the day so why have you got to cause such a scene? And why is your register boy 10 years old.
Their krusher bar is always not working. Food is good and fast service. kids love the popcorn chicken with chips. staff are friendly and kind.
4.00pm Thursday, 29th November 2018. Family pack. Old, dry stale chips with dry shriveled chicken wingsonly, potato gravy is gravy only, given by placing in a take away bag to make it difficult to see the disgusting food. KFC management should be very concerned regarding this practice.
They need to update the hours to show if they are open on public holidays.
