I never received my ice cream after I waited 20 minutes for at 8:30 AT NIGHTnnAfter around 10 minutes from ordering my IceCream Cone I was told that the machine wasn’t working and if I would like to wait 7 more minutes or get a refund I requested a refund and the staff member said she would have to get her manager for that,nnso I waited around another 5 minutes and no one came to give me a refund so I asked someone if my order was still being made they walked off asked another employee and then started doing another task. I waited a couple more minutes and I never got the answer back. At that point other customers were getting Ice creams severed to them but I still had yet received mine or gotten a refund.nnAlso in another order it took them over 10 minutes to hand me a PopTop.nnI am not happy with this service, I felt ignored as a paying customer.nnno customer should have to deal with this as McDonalds is a FAST FOOD restaurant not a fine dining restaurant.
I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your Melton location. I placed an order through the drive-through, and when I received my meal, I was given the wrong wrap. I ordered a Classic Crispy Wrap meal but received the smaller Crispy Snack Wrap instead.nnI returned to the window to explain the mistake, and unfortunately, the staff member who assisted me, who I believe was the manager, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She displayed a significant amount of attitude and seemed unwilling to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, I was charged for their mistake. The price difference online was only 70 cents, but I was made to pay a $5 difference. This is unacceptable, especially given the manager's rude demeanor. She simply stated, 'Yeah, this is the difference,' without any apology or attempt to rectify the situation.nnAs someone who has worked in retail, I understand the importance of customer service, and this behavior was simply disgusting. I hope this matter is addressed, and appropriate action is taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. I expect a higher standard of service and professionalism from McDonald's, and this experience fell far short of that.
I don’t know what kind of system this is, but this is honestly just disrespectful now. I’ve been logged in, sitting around ready to work, wasting my time, my fuel, and energy — and not even a single proper update or response. You expect drivers to be on time, work fast, be reliable — but when it comes to your end, there’s zero professionalism. No communication, no heads-up, nothing. We’re treated like we’re disposable. This isn’t just a one-off issue either — it keeps happening. If you don’t have jobs or there’s a delay, at least have the decency to inform us. Our time matters too. We’re not here to just sit and beg for orders. It’s not fair and honestly feels like a joke now. Don’t expect drivers to keep being loyal or available if this is how we get treated. Do better.”
Worst McD always serves cold. Their Big Mac sauce is less than 2grams. Disgusting service.
Usual level of slop from this atrocious excuse for a fast food restaurant. Stone cold food delivered that had to be nuked. Ordered extra pickles and onions because they usually have an aversion to including them. Instead they gave no pickles, onions or mustard, and added bacon. Flat coke. Burgers always look like they have been punched. Owners should be ashamed. Included a pic of the time before also... gives you a good idea of the quality.
