Easily the best coffee I have had in Hobart. Staff were super friendly and even helped suggest a place for brunch since they only really serve toasties there. If you want good coffee in Hobart go check them out.

The lovely people at zimmah are always a treat to encounter. They know their coffee and it shows in every cup. Cafe itself is funky and chilled, think of it like a coffee lair.

Hidden away in an unassuming location is arguably the best coffee in Hobart. Dark and funky interior with comfy chesterfield lounges and quirky decor, it really is the coffee that shines here. Talented baristas who know what they are doing. Be prepared to wait as there is often a queue of local workers waiting to grab their takeaway coffee.

Don't let the dark and dingy vibe of this place deter you, the coffee is freaking excellent. I live in Melbourne and am one of those annoying coffee snobs and Zimmah lives up! The soy latte was smooth and creamy and the batch brew was one of the best. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Hobart.

I've never seen so much care and attention go into a product. The result is spectacular and service is second to none. The support Zimmah give small business in Tasmania is also worth its weight in coffee gold.
