Best food in Melbourne, easily. Every meal here makes you regret not having it the night before. So well priced too. Sad to hear the news about the owner.

From the moment you walk in you are welcomed into Zia Rinas warm and cozy restaurant. Staff are informative and go through all items on the menu in fine detail. The wines are perfectly matched to your meal and the food is Devine. Imported Italian beer and soft drink is on hand. Deserts are great and traditional. The mixture of Northern and Southern Italian flavours really are breathtaking. Chefs Rina & Giovanni cook from the heart and soul and truly bring to the table a piece of Italy on your plate. They say its a hidden gem amongst the many restaurants in Melbourne.

Went for Mother's Day was promptly seated and a staff member came around to show us the chalkboard menu. Staff were very friendly and explained the dishes. Food came at a good pace, delicious and delightful. Rina made rounds to check on all the tables - great service. Could find no fault!

Zia herself went through the menu with us and you can tell she has great passion for her cooking. It's a small place with few tables so booking is important. Food was delicious!
