Must try experience. I loved it tho I struggled with placing whole pain puri into my mouth. Yet - what an explosion of delightful sensations in the mouth with y the various heat level sauces and choice of mashed potato or mashed chick pea filling. Wow!nnTry try try !
It encompasses all in one indian street food options. None of the food has the wow factor. Taste is ok, might hit the spot for indian taste craving. Do visit ones to find out how well it fulfills your taste.
I should have checked the reviews. I should have done my research. I really should have taken five minutes to scroll, skim, and sense the danger. But nooooo………. there I was, full of blind faith and buttery optimism, thinking, “It’s pav bhaji… what could possibly go wrong?”nnI mean, it’s pav bhaji. This isn’t molecular gastronomy. It’s not some deconstructed foam situation. It’s bread, butter glorious, unapologetic butter, spiced mashed potatoes and vegetables, a squeeze of lemon, and some onions on the side. It’s comfort food royalty. It’s chaos in a pan but somehow always perfect. Surely, surely, this is un-mess-up-able.nnAnd yet… here we are.nnWhat I received can only be described as an identity crisis on a plate. The “bhaji” looked less like a rich, hearty mash and more like something you’d cautiously feed a toddler; watery, suspiciously smooth, and deeply uninspiring. Since when is bhaji a soup? Who added this much water and thought, “Yes, this is correct”?nnAnd the flavour? Missing. Gone. On vacation. I kept waiting for the spices to kick in, for that bold, buttery, tangy magic to show up and it just… didn’t. It was bland in a way that almost felt personal. Like the dish had given up on itself halfway through cooking.nnNow let’s talk about the pav. The sacred, buttery pav. Or in this case, the barely acknowledged pav. Two drops of butter. TWO. Not even enough to emotionally support the bread, let alone elevate it. Where is the golden crisp? Where is the indulgence? Where is the audacity?nnHonestly, I feel betrayed. Not just by the dish, but by my own optimism. This was supposed to be a safe choice. A guaranteed win. Instead, it turned into a cautionary tale.nnSafe to say, a very disappointing experience and I will not be donating my money to this culinary crime scene again.
I wish I had checked the reviews first. Ordered hakka noodles n it was just boiled noddle in chili sauce. How can hakka noddle have chili sauce? Vegetables was for name sake, few tiny stripes of Capsicum n onion. Service too dull. No smile , no welcoming. U stand there to order n no one is bothered. Ordered vadapav for 8.5$ not worth. Dabeli was ok.overall no good experience. Waste of money
The food here is so nice and cheap. Also is only vegetarian food just in case.nThe only thing I dont like about this place is that is really hard to find a seat, most of the times I've been here I have to eat standing. Sometimes there are people who put bags in the chairs but dont seat there... So a bit sad because even if they see you are there they don't move their things for you to use it.
