Drove my car in for a wash and polish after a return trip from Sydney. The manager was very warm and welcoming. And when my car was done it looked impeccable & was shinning. Truly defines customer service & standard par excellence. Will definitely drop by soon. Thank you team.

Discussing food with poor customer service. Didn't deliver all of our order and argued with us when we called. Don't think your getting a souvlaki because its kebab not souvlaki!! Chips are covered jn salt

Don't Bother! I went there for the vacuum and wash package. At $29 it's quite expensive and it should have included door jams. When I got home I saw that all the door jams were still dusty, the carpet still had bits of dirt and there were still dirt marks around the car. They wanted me to pay extra to have the dash wiped down or the inside window cleaned. Honestly, they don't pay attention to the details and they get you in and out as quick as possible without actually properly cleaning. Avoid this place if you want a good job done!

Tried multiple times to book but no-one picked up the phone. Being Melbourne Cup Day thought I would call in and get the car wash as it would be reasonably quite. Met the most rudest manager who told me it was not his fault that no-one picked up the phone and to move my car as he refused to wash it. I have had my car washed here previously and it is an ordinary service at best. I would not recommend this business if it was the only car wash in Melbourne. You do not have to put up with rude people when doing business. Pathetic service - the rudest manager on the earth - worst service and a no so clean car. If there was a negative rating I would certainly be be rating it a most negative experience.
