CHIPS WERE OFF!!! I didn't know it was possible that chips could be off but now I know they can!! On top of being soggy and undercooked!! Barely any sauce was put on the chicken wings of which they gave me half what they usually do!! Terrible way to treat a regular customer!! Never going there again!! I thought I was going to get food poisoning!! BEWARE!!!

Shame on the owners and management of the Prahran store, leaving the restaurant staffed by one person who was effectively running front of house and the kitchen. We ordered via the Uber eats app, and immediately after placing our order received a phone call stating that they don’t deliver half of the items we ordered (in hindsight this was a red flag). Instead we could have parmas. Reluctantly we agreed, and were advised the food would be delivered at 7:33PM. Needless to say that came and went and after calling the restaurant several times we decided to venture down to the venue ourselves. It was there we saw that the kitchen was empty and that the front of house guy was basically running the show. As this was happening, our food arrived (housemate collected it). It was missing a drink, was cold, and honestly just so below par. I take my hat off to small businesses trying to make a go of it, but really don’t attempt to inflate your bottom line by cutting back on staff and quality. This was an expensive, late, and generally awful experience. Not recommended at all.

Ordered through menulog 2 x Parma meals. After an hours wait, rung up to be told they were on their way. After another hour the food turned up cold, soggy chips and missing one can of coke. would never go back.

The phone wasn’t working so we went in to order. The menu is very small mainly just pizzas now. It took about an hour to get a serve of fish and chips and a pizza. The fish was dry and practically inedible. The chips were soggy. The pizza was very ordinary. We have been here before and quite liked it but we won’t be going back.

Prahran store: Ordered delivery pizza totalling $90 - was TOLD whilst ordering pizza that cash was PREFERRED payment. On arrival gave the driver $100. He proceeded to fumble around looking for change. After nearly two minutes he told me he didn't have any change on him. He then offered to wire me the money?? Why would you insist on cash payments and send your drivers out with no change? I think I was played from the start!!
