Different - to say the least. 
We went there in a Thursday night. It was extremely noisy making conversations difficult if not impossible as the table was right next to the bar. The food was overpriced and not inspiring.  The fat duck noodles was nice, but to be honest, the rest of the fare was pretty ordinary. The service was very poor. 
Probably a good night club, but hardly a good restaurant.

Revolver and amazing Thai. I was sceptical too, but hot damn, what a pair! Great food, great service, great vibe. Fat Noodle duck dish was the star of the evening.

The best Thai in Melbourne. And an amazing bar, great graffiti on the walls, including a couple of Banksy's. The staff are very friendly and it's a real community of people that eat and work there. Great DJ on Thursday evenings and half price meals for anyone who lives local (not sure of the bounds). What more could you want. Even at full price it's a great place to eat. If you haven't been you must. The fat duck noodles are to die for. I've been going there for 6 years and love it, every time the Thai chefs are on their game. Can't recommend it highly enough. Oh and on a hot night it's icy cold and in the middle of winter it's toasty warm.  Can't complain.

I was with a large group when I visited so I got try a lot of pretty much everything. Both the food and service I really cant fault. I loved it, I'll go back.
