Group pizza order but wasn't too bad. Pepperoni was a bit salty and garlic Prawns didn't tasted anything like garlic but surprisingly it was all fresh so enjoyed it. Maybe need to work on the flavours abit and pizza dough too.
What a pathetic experience. Order a pizza specifically requesting for no capsicum and paid for extra jalapeños - got no jalapeños and lots of capsicum. I mean we all know Dominos is not exactly associated with quality but the least you could expect is that your order is fulfilled especially when you pay for extra topping. In addition, tried to call five times with NO response from the store. Poor and shoddy.
Worst dominos location by far. They always forget extras, their pizzas bases are smaller than any other location I’ve bought from, and their quality of food is so bad ex: cheeses bread with almost no cheese. Honestly, I’d rather spend more so that I actually get what I ordered. It’s not the staff’s fault though, Dominos @ management needs to step up their staff training and needs to get their act together.
We ordered some pizza almost 2 hours ago and it’s not been delivered. Nobody is answering the store phone. We’re concerned they’ve just stolen the money? I strongly advise you choose another store.
The worst service I have ever gotten no customer service they were extremely rude. My food never arrived I waited 2 hours for my food not even a call they sent an auto message saying driver is close by but food or driver never arrived they are rubbish. Couldn’t contact them to communicate that my pizza didn’t arrive this is shocking and probably the worst branch in melbourne or even Australia actually probs the worst shop in the Southern Hemisphere
Ordered from them on uber eats. After an hour of waiting and multiple calls, the guy who answered the phone told us he has lied about our pizza coming out of the oven.Took 2 hours for them to say that our pizza had 'been delivered'. No driver in sight. Tried multiple times to call and nobody answered.
I didn't want to leave a negative review as they have been good many times in the past, though my previous few orders of late have taken well above the estimated delivery time, they oftentimes don't answer the phone, do not provide accurate delivery estimates, it's a complete mess. Oh well I guess it's time for me to stop eating garbage pizza anyway
Several times now that I’ve ordered online and been called to be told they’ve signed their delivery drivers off. You’re still open, as per your stated hours on Google and accepting orders from you website. Incredibly inconvenient and unprofessional. Do better.
Every single time I have ordered from here I have had either a wrong order, poorly made food or delivery issue. I only try again because it’s the closest pizza shop to where I live. I keep trying in hope it’s just a bad night for them but I keep getting proven wrong. I never even write reviews but I had to for this one!
Extremely poor service. My order never arrived and I called the shop 13 times with no answer. At one point I could hear them pick up the phone and then hang it up immediately.
