Quality burgers. Good prices. Hardest working staff on High St. Should also mention that they get some really, really rude customers in there. They are always polite and friendly. Staff deserve a raise.

A jewel in Prahran. Burgers are always well made and succulent. Environment is basic as, but one goes there not to socialise. Our family's monthly treat.

Got the two veg burgers and turned them both Vegan. Pretty sure they both had butter on the buns though. Without a doubt the worst vegan/veg burgers I've ever had in my life, and this is compared to Christmas lunch with the grandparents who "just don't understand why you don't eat meat are you sick?". The chefs should be ashamed of themselves for sending out something so appalling. Cold, tasteless, dry, and somehow soggy and oily at the same time. Change these burgers they are embarrassing.

Ordered on Dinner through Uber eats and our drink was missing. Called huxaburger prahan directly and was told “it’s not our problem, call Uber”. I didn’t get her name but she was extremely dismissive and rude. After calling Uber the drink was refunded and Uber were fantastic in handling the complaint. Such a shame that the restaurant don’t care about their local customers.

Went on a Friday night to see what the hype is. We had got Deliveroo previously but it wasn't great. The place was crowded with all the deliveroo people just staring/standing at the few customers eating there. Waited 20 min for two okay small burgers. I feel like they care more about the delivery orders than customers sitting there. Never going back. We went to grilled after because we weren't satisfied and the ambience was way better and so is the customer service
