Very poor effort with customer service from the lady with pink/red hair.  Extremely rude.  Have never had a bad experience here until today.  The drink was not as good as usual and the lady that served me might want to get a new job if she doesn't like customer service.  She is getting paid to work in the customer service industry, so put a smile on your dial love and suck it up.  You are lucky to have a job.

Lovely place to have a coffee with friends. Friendly staff, nice coffee, good seating.  Clean and tidy. Toilets available if you ask staff for keys, located next to the laundromat opposite the coffee shop.

Shrinkflation or naming got me again. I guess I have to adjust my definition of what TALL means. The menu kept changing before I could decode the size offerings and I chose wrong.

Dam incompetence Morayfield.nf I could give them zero stars I would. I asked for a Tall capacino. I got a cold flat white.. I ask for a remake on the capacino.. I got a flat white with Coco. I asked for a refund of $5.70.nI went to McDonald's got my capacino in quicker time for $5.10 and it was great.. thick froth and good temperature.nFor a specialty coffee place zaffas you suck!

When we went inside to order, the staff member named “May” rudely asked us if we were just browsing or ordering without even greeting us with a simple “hello” first.nnThen, when my partner tried to pay through EFTPOS using his phone, the payment didn’t go through twice. I then used my phone to pay instead, and this staff member rudely said, “It’s not that hard to pay.”nnWhat made the situation more upsetting was that when another customer came in, the same staff member greeted her warmly. Because of the difference in treatment, I felt uncomfortable and discriminated against. I believe the staff member’s behaviour was rude, unprofessional, and appeared racist.
