Great coffee, nice staff. My coffee came out fast at the right temperature and the brew was excellent. It was not burnt with good crema and nice nutty undertone. Highly recommended for coffee lovers!

Service was terrible, order was wrong and then the staff blamed us. Also very expensive! Won’t be going back and deffinately don’t recommend going there.

Ordered 2 teas and 2 cakes, which were delicious. Unfortunately at 3pm, staff leave a lot to be desired though, standing around talking on their mobiles while dishes were piled on almost every table, doesn't give a good impression.....and there were only 4 other customers.

Ordered the Cajun Beef & Ranch Salad, along with a macchiato. Both were delicious. Generous serving size, and felt like good value. Friendly and helpful staff. Visit was for an early lunch on a Sunday.

Stuffed up our order and then tried to blame it on us!! There were 6 people at our table and we had all paid for our food, (we all had ordered traditional breakfasts, just with different types of cooked eggs) we waited for 45mins for the first person at our table to recieve their food. This was apparently normal... Then one by one the meals started coming out, finally we were only waiting for one meal. But it never came...... When we asked the servers they palmed us off and said it wouldn't be long, once hearing that a couple of times i decided to be firmer with the staff. Not that i should have too We then had the cook come out from the back ( 20 something year old with brown shortish hair) she presented our tabel with all of our receipts and then rudely says that we never ordered the last meal that we are waiting for. She was the rudest employee i have ever had the great dishonor of coming into contact with. Welll i don't know where or how she did her basic schooling as when I counted the meals on the receipt there were 6. Which is what we paid for and we had recieved 5. I then tried to explain this to her in a polite way, but she talked over the top of me while i was talking. First rule of dealing with customer complaints or incidents that customers are not happyh with ACTIVELY LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER! When i counted them out to her she then stormed off and didn't say anything too anyone at the table, no word of what she was going to do or even if she understood what was happening. She then sent out a really young girl to apologie to the whole table for her stuff up! Bad management on her behalf (that poor young staff member, especially as this wasn't her mistake). We finally got the last meal (after everyone at our table had finished theirs already) and the cook was out talking to her friends in front of our table. She was laughing and pointing at our table, but she didnt have the common decency to say anything to the table or even look in our direction for her rude and unprofessional behaviour. The rest of the team seemed lovely, but that one lady (who seems to be there all the time) hinders the other ladies hard work and customer service
