Purchased yesterday 2 large pizzas and garlic bread with a drink . Unfortunately it was a no no for me once again We purchased a while ago wasn't happy then tried on the 26 th June gave it a go again was the best pizza we had for a while. So yesterday we ordered again for the last time you lost me as a very good customer your loss. Also I ordered 6.pm arrived 7.40 pm COLD pizza who will enjoy that with the drink on my pizza not in warm bag . Uber eats need to check their drivers so they go by the policies and pizza hut lift your game up and make consistent quality pizzas.
I wouldn't recommend, placed an order online. Estimated delivery 1130am Stood round waiting till 1240 and still no call, no messages or pizza. I called twice something wrong with the ovens, but no call about the lateness, Pizza showed up at 1300. Bad communication
Lowest quality pizzas in town when you pay for extra toppings and sauce you don't get any extra at all. RIP OFF better value at dominoes and other local pizza shops.
Always good coming here to get our pizzas. We get pizzas almost every month from here, staff are friendly and nice.
2/10/18 Service has improved and so has the pizza. I know we said that we would never return, but we were asked to come back. We believe in second chances. May 2018 Put order in for pizza and ribs deal footy meal and was handed meal and didn't realise until nearly home that the ribs were missing. Drove back told manager got an apology but husband had to make the suggestion to put the pizzas in the hot box to keep them warm. No compensation for their error but upon complaint was offered a mousse. Got home Pizza cold and ribs barely warm and 1/2 the size of two previous orders. Apparently there is a different supplier. Will be ringing head office as this is not the first time they have screwed up our order. Sick and tired of paying for food and having to get it replaced because they can't get it right the first time. Pizzas are never hot, I think they need to check their hot box. Not happy, will never return.
Please tell your drivers to read the addresses provided from your customers! I ordered pizza tonight and watched the live radar to see my pizza order being delivered to the wrong address. This has happened 4 times in the past being delivered to that same address and now a 5th time tonight. Not good enough pizza hut, very disappointed.
Pickup from this store has to be the most disgusting pizza ever from Pizza Hut. I ordered a meat lover that the pastry was so soggy with more barbecue sauce was poured over the topping that the whole pizza fell apart when picking it up. And I ordered a super supreme and the same thing the whole pizza fell apart Never will go back there again. Pick your act up
