Ordered a fillet burger and a 3 piece, shop had run out of buns, fair enough, my son asked for his money back on the burger. Absolutely refused a refund and served burger on a tortilla. I am waiting in the carpark, massive line up. I go in and ask the young lady at the counter for a refund as my son cannot eat tortillas/wraps. Manager snottily walked past and said, i'll do it in a second.nnHey, i can wait, no need for attitude kid. Comes back out 'whats the refund for?' Gave him the docket..'the burger' He taps the bit of paper near the register saying they have no buns. I say yeah cool 'how about some customer service with that' like, tell people before payment. Manager is just mr attitude kid. Get the refund, last visit to that place.nnLast time we got a completely different order and had to wait 20 minutes again for the correct order.nnPrevious visit to that we got no chips.nnLike, do some training kfc Morayfield.nn6.20pm 12/03/2025
Ordered a slab feast delivered.. Surprise surprise it turns up with no slab in it. Called up the store, person on the other end tried to pretend they couldn’t hear me.. funny they could hear me fine up to the point until I said I was missing an item from my order. Said they will refund the missing item, and took down my email address to refund it, which they read back wrong, so not holding my breath on a refund. Not the first time I’ve had an issue with this store, I’d suggest using a different store.
i waited 45 minutes to get my food, my burger was raw, i seen they just throw the food down the side between the cooking area and some staff just stood there and done nothing. do not recommend getting food from there unless it’s the only one left open.
Previous time I went there was no spoon with the order, this time I have a spoon but the potato n gravy looks like it's been in there for days.. definitely won't be eating that see attached photo. When I went back for a spoon last time, they made me feel like I was a bother. This time not bothering just going to leave a poor review along with many others. Eat at own risk.
Just witnessed the female store manager at 2:05pm on the 3rd Feb, abuse one of the young male staff over the way he handled himself during having an abusive customer inside the store, IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. Dike, you do not need to critique him on how he spoke as he was visually rattled after the experience. You are not a people manager, you are a 6ft bully. I'll never return. Listening to you boast to other staff about how you spoke to him was also disgusting!
