Absolutely disgusted with this store. Second time we have ordered a giant feast and have not got the 18 nuggets. Where is the quality assurance to ensure orders are correct before they are handed to customers. Not sure why they have a phone number because they dont answer that either. Criminal customer experience.

Slow and rude service! supervisor standing around with other staff doing nothing, while I wait 10 minutes for a simple order. No they weren't busy! Unapologetic also when I asked if I could get fresh chips because they had put mine in a bag 10 minutes ago and sat on the bench. Please fix this asap.. Cheers

Went in today bought zinger twist and a burger . All half empty and chips were revolting . Chips quality use to be the best now disgusting and it seems they are also cooked in lard not oil as they use to. List yourself a good customer family of 6 . Your loss!!😠😠

Ordered a giant feast supposed to get 15 but got 10 also ordered 10 piece of wicked wings on the side and got 9. Stood there waiting for 30 minutes. Very slow and bad service.
