Really loving the new tenders you guys are doing.nBut seriously though, I get it, there was like 15min before close when we ordered and the lady said there was no gravy which was fine, she told us. If there was no tenders we would have gone somewhere else but no we spent money, drove home to find this and it’s not even about the tenders, it’s about placing an order getting told here’s the order and it’s not!
Nice staff but cant count or even tell that the lettuce is bad or the burger was sitting for a while chips were soggy n not all my nuggets were there. N I didnt find out till I walked home n opened it up.
Terrible quality. Wrap not toasted/warmed up at all. Size of tender is shameful. For $4.95 this was a total disgrace.
There is nothing nice to say about this meal. The burgers were old, corn chips stale. The nuggets were edible but all of my 5 sauces were missing. The chicken bites were old and hard and my chips were old. Very disappointed
KFC today was just a nightmare. The staff at the front had no idea what they were doing. Despite the lady manager VERY clear with her instructions to the boys and VERY well organised who was brilliant at her job! I truly believe that if she didn't have to go and check on the kitchen staff, if she had been able to stay and supervise the lads at front this horrible experience would NEVER have been allowed to happen! The order was taken correctly, then the wrong food was boxed and bagged up for us. My friend ordered a Twister original wrap and was served spicy tenders on a sub with Peri Peri sauce. My 93 year old mother ordered a Tenders boxed meal 3 tenders, chips, small popcorn chicken and a drink. She received a 5 pack of mixed original and hot and spicy tenders, chips and no popcorn chicken. It was just a total stuff up and none of us feel very well!!! I WON'T be going back to that store ever again!!
