Went there today about 1pm got served by a young girl she didn’t look old enough to work, short hair with a fringe. She was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered, an that truely is saying something. I don’t believe she should be working in anything to do with customer service. Anyways, the food was dry and the order was wrong. When this place was owned by the old people it was so much better.
It’s a very sad day as Bucking Bull is no more they have closed the store and I used to love there good quality food and drinks on offer the staff were always polite and friendly and always helpful compared to some of the other places I have visited in the past I truly feel sorry for all the staff that were working there too that now have to look for other jobs and they had a wonderful team there to.
I potato, 1 piece of pumpkin and 1 small slice of meat. They charged me $11.50. No way so I cancelled it. That's disgusting. They used to charge $4.50. So no more.
Positively dreadful food and bad service. Avoid at all costs! We were overcharged for an incorrect order and the food wasn't edible. We binned it! Staff and kitchen looked very grubby too.
I will avoid this place since it reopened and even before that the food is rubbish..they havent enough staff and to me arent the cleanest or most careful handling food..i dont like what they offer and isnt worth what they charge
Highly disgusted in the customer service. I watched a young worker drop a pair of tongs on the floor. He picked them up put them on the bench then used those same tongs to scoop up another customers chips. When I said something about not using those tongs for my food as he had dropped them on the floor. His reply was oh well the floors are clean then proceeded to laugh about it . Yeh the floors might be clean but are your shoes? Not impressed and will not be coming back here. They have no care for health and safety. Their staff needs to be educated on health and safety in the food industry aswell as customer service
Absolutely disappointed with not only the food but the service! My chips were cold, the staff were rude. Definitely won’t be returning, doesn’t even deserve one star!
Nice food, girls serving were rude and would rather be looking at the Apple Watch messages they received instead of making sure we got everything we ordered. A smile would be nice!
Has gone downhill since previous people had run it, slow service food isn't as fresh anymore. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere
I ordered Potato Bake, I payed $6.50 and the staff only filled half of the regular cup, and we asked to fill it to more as we are paying for it, and the workers said they can't do that and we're very rude about it. I have photo proof if you want it.
