I’m really disappointed with Hungry Jack’s Morayfield. On 22/01/2026 at around 9:45 pm, I ordered meals and paid extra for a large onion rings. When I got home and opened the bag, there were only a few pieces of onion rings, nowhere near what a “large” should be.nThis is honestly frustrating because this isn’t the first time it has happened. It’s been occurring now and then, and it feels like there’s a lack of care or consistency when packing orders. Customers are paying full price and extra for sides, but not receiving what they ordered.nAfter a long day, the last thing you want is to come home to missing items and disappointment. I expect better quality control and service, especially from a well-known fast-food chain. Sadly, this experience has left me very dissatisfied, and it makes me think twice about ordering from this store again.
Got rid of the kids playground just to add a tableless Area just for the workers to hand food over... saves them 0 seconds then what it used to?? . put waiting bay to the side but added no extras... if your food is first you cannot pull out around the car infront to exit... had someone almost reverse into me..... can't wait till someone starts bu them down..
This was the 'large' caramel sundae I got tonight. $6 for the equivalent of a McDonalds 50c soft serve nnOne of the most egregious examples of shrinkflation, or poor service, I've received from a fast food establishment.
Very unhappy with the service, the staff & the cleanliness of the Morayfield store.nThe order was wrong, what I ordered at the kiosk didn't match what I received. Two staff members were very rude & told me that was what I had ordered. Finally I was given a receipt which showed what I received but it took awhile to produce. When I asked for the manager & showed her what I had received wasn't even listed on the kiosk machine I had used she stated she didn't know how the machine worked and I must have ordered a difference way!!! No help at all. Very unprofessional to say the least. The order did take a while to process through the kiosk, which makes me think & error occurred.nThe store itself was filthy with bins over flowing, tables dirty needing to be wiped down. Glass doors look as they hadn't been cleaned in weeks whist the floor needed attention.nWe will not be back & will make sure to spread our experience.
waste of money!!! $5 for this!!!!nnot just a one time thing. this is everytime we come to this store. the costumer service is even worse then the low tide ice cream. do better.
