Decided to eat-in with the family for some lunch. After an 8min wait in line, we were met with rude counter service, a completely melted drumstick that poured all over the table as my daughter tried to open it, and a cold chicken burger. This was a very poor dining experience and I probably would not return to this HJs again. :-(

Pitiful. One of the worst HJs I've been to. Long queues and poor service. We were there 15 mins and didn't even get served. Maccas is just across the road. Go there instead!

Hi there, Being a pensioner it would be good if discounts were honoured by all takeways equally. Sadly, this is not the case. All Hungry Jacks claim to give a discount but when they give you a coffee, take away the coke and charge you the same menu price, there is absolutely no discount. Putting the sugar behind the counter so you have to ask for milk and sugar is a bit off-putting as well.. P.S. Despite the above problems still prevailing, meal package discount prices have got cheaper at Hungry Jack's Morayfield.

The young man that served us today at 2.15 pm was the most polite and well mannered person we have ever delt with. While there were customers he served behind the counter. And when there was no customers he was out cleaning tables and floors and was always keeping busy. Then straight back behind the counter to welcome the next customer . Good on you for the great service and friendliness.

Just went here for first time, spent about $50 worth of food for the family and they missed 3 burgers and didn't include my receipt. Terrible service and would not recommend. Not even bothered to drive all the way back just to fix my order.
