Staff were polite but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. Ordered our usual white chocolate mocha’s and got what can only be described as coffee flavored water. It tasted like someone had wiped up some coffee grinds with a wet tea towel and wrung it out into our coffee cups. There was no cream on top or flavoring in it at all. Went to coffee club instead and got an awesome coffee.

Always great coffee I have never had a bad coffee in a great deal of trips, staff always are happy, on occasion are busy but not unreasonably slow, on rare occasions when they are they have always offered a voucher. It's kept very clean and well presented.

5 stars all around, staff are friendly and remember you, service is quick and quality is assured. Zarraffas never disappoints 👌🏼😁

This is hand's down the best coffee shop in the Morayfield Shops & yes have tried them all & keep going back to this one.
