Staff Service: Their service is generally very prompt and the staff are friendly. The manager is always good for a quick chat and has a kind word and smile for everyone. The baristas obviously enjoy their work and it shows in the quality of their beverages. Allergies and Sensitivities For people who are sugar-free, they offer natural sugar alternatives in the form of Equal or honey. They offer lactose free milk for those who may have a lactose intolerance. They are soon improving their dine-in menu to include more gluten-free options as well as other allergy sensitive food choices. Quality of Food and Beverage: Their coffee is very good-- on par with the highly acclaimed Zaffara's Café. A great point about BB's is that their coffee is less expensive than other brands of the same quality. Their food quality is on par or exceeds that of The Coffee Club and the prices are lower-- win/win for everyone!
