Everytime I come here it’s a bad experience. Always forgetting stuff in my order, stealing our money. Drinks are watered down, burgers are missing everything but the patty. Wait time is always 30minutes. Suprised they haven’t been closed down yet. Do better.
I was served by an outstanding individual named Ewan today, he greeted me with such a friendly smile, and his team delivered my soft serves and free water with such enthusiasm. I am strongly considering having a burger for lunch before leaving.
I am writing to formally complain about my recent order placed on 20 June 2026 at approximately 4:22 PM at your Morayfield, QLD restaurant.nnOrder details:nn* FIFA World Cup™ Meal – Large 10pc Chicken McNuggetsn* Large Friesn* Bottled Water 600 mLn* FIFA World Cup™ Collectablen* Medium Chai Latte McCafé – Lactose Free Full Cream MilknnThe issue is that we specifically ordered and paid for the FIFA World Cup™ promotion with a football player-themed collectible Ronaldo. However, we were given a Grimace collectible instead, which is a different character and lower-value promotion.nnWe clearly expected the football player edition because that is what my child wanted. He was very upset as he specifically chose this meal for the football character. Because of this mistake, we were very disappointed.nnWe also attempted to resolve this in-store, but the situation was not handled properly. We even returned the food because the order was incorrect, but the issue was still not resolved and we were not given the correct item or proper compensation.nnThis experience was very frustrating, especially as we paid for a specific promotional item that was not provided correctly. My child was left disappointed and hungry due to this issue.
Definitely one of the best maccas. Everytime I am here through DT or walk-in, I always get the fresh chicken and cheese, with fresh patty.nVery flavourful. Staffs are friendly. Myself worked at massac for 4 and half years and truely impressed by the way staffs managed to provide freshly prepared burgers. Kitchen staffs deserves a shout out. One of the staffs even clicked a photo for us when we were there yesterday for coffee.
What a difference between two nearby stores!!nGreat and quick service, friendly welcoming attitude, burgers/muffins made by someone not actively avoiding putting the patty inside the buns. A good amount of sauce burger doesn't need to be drowning and dripping Tasted fresh and hot, even the hash browns tasted better here I think they change the deep fryer oil when it's had enoughnRestaurant was clean and looked after, which was refreshing compared to the declining standard at most stores cleaned once a day or when the piled up rubbish is falling off the tablesnWhat a great experience, I haven't walked into a Maccas that felt like a Maccas in a long time.nThanks guys and gals for the reminder of why I used to love McDonalds
