Can be hot and cold. Sometimes you can request a burger with certain things excluded and there will be double the amount or food will be missing. Other times the burgers will be hot and fresh just the way it was ordered. The drive through can also have an extensive wait, just luck of the draw.
Crews were friendly, and the toilet was always pretty clean. The burger tastes just like the average maccas. But whether the fries taste very salty or not at all, there's no middle.nSometimes the table wasn't cleaned, but it is pretty compliant for a fast food restaurant.
This place is an absolute mess.nI ordered a coffee at 8pm and waited 20 mns before I had to ask how long will my coffee take to de ready. Then the girl in the counter with a grumpy face said she doesn’t make coffees and she will get someone to do itnWaited again for another 5 minutes and nothing. In the mean time her and another guy that works there are chatting to an uber drive who appeared to be a friend.nI then asked what is happening as I need to be somewhere at 8:20 and I am already late and all i got is calm down don’t talk to us like that…… dude I wanted 25 minutes for a coffee… that’s insane and you have an attitude on top of that. If you don’t like your job then quit and find a job you will enjoy instead of making the customers life hardnMcDonald’s is supposed to be a FAST FOOD restaurant not a SLOW FOODnnAnyways I’m never coming back again and you guys need to have a good look at yourself and make some changes.
3 wrong orders in 3 visits 3months, all started with a long stint in the waiting bay whilst the drive through was quiet. All 3 orders where missing items and the whole order ended up cold and soggy whilst waiting for orders to be rectified.nThe brand is to popular, hence they don't care about providing horrible service and the feedback from itnShame on me for going back a third time.
The staff are so lovely. Always a pleasant Maccas. Management is next level and always so nice if they have to fix an order. Food was hot and yummy. Upgraded our order as we had to wait a little while longer, unexpected and much appreciated. Very friendly visit
