Crews were friendly, and the toilet was always pretty clean. The burger tastes just like the average maccas. But whether the fries taste very salty or not at all, there's no middle.nSometimes the table wasn't cleaned, but it is pretty compliant for a fast food restaurant.
Pretty average mcdonalds if I'm honest. I guess the sheer volume of customers probably affects the environment.nStaff were polite to deal with.nI dislike the self serve machines.
Stopped to get coffee early on way to work. Pathetic service with 2 staff members on and no other customers. Ordered and paid and then waited while the staff did some cleaning and set up tasks before they made the coffee. Third staff member arrived and still no other patrons. Also worth noting the garbage bins were on food prep benches and when removed the benches weren’t wiped down. Disgusting experience. McDonald’s should endeavor to employ staff that enjoy being there early and are customer service orientated. Never again.
When you order a “large” frappe… I thought the bare minimum would be to receive the “large” cup to be filled…
Each time we have come here we have always been sent to park even when no one else is in the drive through. We only order 2x meals so it is not like it is a large order that will take longer to prepare. I wouldn’t have an issue with this if the wait time was suitable however our average wait time is 7-10 minutes and our order only seems to come out when they need to move other cars to park.nnI have had one instance where I was given the wrong bag and had called out to the girl who brought it out who turned around, looked me in the eye and then proceeded to continue walking to the door to go back inside. Lousy effort and customer service! They then sent out another worker to give me my correct order because they could clearly see I was annoyed. No apology or anything, just the bag tossed in my face.
