I have been going to this Zarrafas for the last year and the friendly staff make my visiting this cafe for my morning coffee very pleasant. The coffees I order are consistently delicious. Thanks guys! :)

Very angry at the customer service. I have paid $7 to have a loyalty card at zaraffas. But for some reason they were unable to add it to my order when I have presented them with my membership number, and said they can’t enter it into the system when wherever else I have ever been to Zaraffas they have been able to do it. Don’t lie to me and say there is no possible way when every other zaraffas can manage to do it. Pissed off to say the least and the reply I was given “our manager says we can’t do it sorry”. I will not be visiting the beenleigh zaraffas branch again if loyal customers can’t be rewarded for their purchases as we have initially paid to do.

Kenton Campbell has great staff running this neat franchise business still the best coffee I've found since 1995 when we first started getting Zarraffas on the Gold Coast.

As an international visitor from the US, was quite disappointed that this chain is unable to process a credit transaction that requires a signature. Quite unsatisfactory in modern payment systems.
