Pizzas are always made wrong & the last 2 times I've called to get them to remake they still got it wrong!! To top it off the manager is so rude & arrogant pretty much called me a liar saying he didn't believe the pizzas were made wrong so we had to return them as evidence. My partner went down there & took the pizzas & asked for a refund. Here is the picture of the second vegorama replacement i asked for no feta, add pineapple & paneer cheese. There is feta all over & no pineapple or paneer cheese it's like they do this on purpose??!!! I added BBQ sauce swirl to the 2 chicken pizzas neither of them had it & 1 of the chicken pizzas had beef all over it. I don't pay topping surcharge to not get what i order & paid for. Never ever going to this store again!!!
2022 So decided to give them another chance and sadly this was it for me !! We ordered 3 pizzas which 2 were fine but the loaded pepperoni was not. It was not loaded and barely had any cheese on it. I’m done with this store, can’t get order’s right, reneging on what was promised to me when trying to fix up there stuff ups !!! At this point I don’t want replacements I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!! 2021 Usually the pizzas from dominos are good but this time they were not. I ordered the new bbq beef brisket and there was no beef brisket at all just tomato onion and bacon and to top it off I was charged $2.95 for the upgrade and I’m trying to figure out why ? The chicken supreme seemed like it was missing toppings too but couldn’t put my finger on what it was. The only positive to this visit was I got a free garlic bread for having to wait longer for my order. 2 updates: 2021 Had a delivery order that was 30 mins late from the expected arrival time. The GPS tracking for said delivery was turned off. The pizzas were cut incorrectly and they were not hot. Decided to give them a call at 9:30pm and I was put on hold for ages and there was no answer, this is becoming the worst I’ve ever been to.
Great service and quick cooking time. Lachlan serviced us an hour before closing and was still great to talk with and great customer service. Good food and good service, couldn’t ask anything more. Surely a promotion on the way for him!
Absolutely horrendous. They had to remake a pizza twice because they messed it up. Tried offering the screw up the 2nd time as if it would be okay. The manager couldn't even grow a pair to come up tell us himself

I ordered extra cooked but it was raw.
Unreliable. Only delivered half of my order. Ordered 7 pizzas for my night shift workers for delivery at 9:30pm last night. Arrived to work this morning to be told they only delivered 3 pizzas and the driver had no receipt to give my guys was a corporate order so I need a receipt. Have been charged the full amount on my credit card so will be dropping in to see the manager for an explanation when they open today. Just not good enough. In follow up to the above - I just went in store to speak to the manager and he was very sincerely apologetic and remade all the pizzas for me straight away so my night shift can enjoy them this evening. He did offer the reasoning that staff had been an issue which I can sympathise with as we have the same issues but a service still needs to be delivered. However, I was happy with his attitude towards the situation and the way I was treated in store and he did make amends for the error so I am happy with the outcome. I found the manager to be very reasonable to deal with.
Worst experience I have ever had with a store, ordered 3 pizzas, they arrived cold and late. One of the pizzas where completely wrong and after all that we got food poisoning. Avoid this store at all costs, Holmview or Windaroo Domino's are far far better stores.
Just went in and ordered a large chicken supreme and cheesy garlic bread on Sat 10th Sept, and can safely say WE will not be back, pizza was cold and not much in the way of chicken to be seen, thank god for the cheesy garlic, we had the new burger pizza couple wks ago and it was cold also, loved to try a delivery service to see how hot it would be, but no we'll be heading to Pizza Hut next wk.
The pizzas are always under topped. The cheese is not the "melty" type as described on the New Yorker range at all. Cheap does NOT mean value. Grab yourself a voucher and head over to Pizza Hut in Beenleigh and TRUST ME you will get a decent pizza.
