Service was quick courteous efficient and effective. Delivery was quicker than expected. Food was acceptable +. Staff were so friendly. Very enjoyable experience. Pleasantly surprised.

I use this place often but in the last few months it has gone down hill. All the girls just don't seem to care about the customers or their jobs. There has been times I come in and the girls just stand round gas bagging and giggling. No one seems to wear name badges EVER so how am I meant to tell the manager who serves me??. And to top it off every time I go through drive through my order is always missing something or not what I ordered. I am not sure if there has been a change in management or what but I don't think I will continue using this store I will drive to the other stores.

Worst red rooster I've eaten at, chips are never done probably either not cooked enough or just a box of grease. Chicken is dry and not exceptable, I've had food at this store at least 10 times in last 2yrs and it's always the same without fail. I agree with the customer service but probably due to the fact it's never busy. Thank god its not the only red rooster around because if it was red rooster would of closed up shop.

Food is ok staff are friendly but you have to wait fir 20 minutes to get anything
