SCAMMERS. DECEITFUL & DISHONEST MARKETING They send out vouchers for a 'Triple Hut' deal for $33 delivered (3 pizzas, 2 sides & 1 drink), and then when you ring to make the order (which takes a ridiculously long time), you finally get through to a person that tells you 'oh sorry it should be clearer it's for the value range pizzas', when that is definitely not in the disclaimer at the bottom of the voucher. Consumer ombudsman will be hearing about this you CROOKS

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. I ordered through menulog at 9pm on a Tuesday night. They took my money but a few minutes later I got a message from menulog telling me they rejected my order. I tried calling the store over and over again and had no answer. it just redirected to Melbourne customer service. Finally the customer service rep apparently left a message asking them to call me back. They didn't. My partner then rang up nother 15 mins later and they answered. The lady asked if we wanted delivery or pick up . He asked about our order and why it was rejected and they took the money. She said it's because we ticked the box for delivery asap so they rejected it because it would have taken an hour. Asked her if she knew what asap means because why didn't care if it would have taken that long. we just wanted our dinner. she couldn't seem to understand this and got manager to call us back. By this time I would have almost had my pizzas had they just accepted it in the first place as it was almost an hour since I tried ordering. The manager called back and just repeated what the worker said earlier. blamed me for ordering on menulog and said I should have ordered on pizza hut website instead. I told him if that's the case they need to take themselves off menulog because he has now put me out 40 bucks for a couple of days til menulog refunds me and I don't have any dinner. HE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I rang back and asked if he often hangs up on people. Apparently he does. I told him he lost a customer and I will never order from them again. He didn't seem to care. only option he gave me was for me to order again and pay again. Not how you treat customers unless you want to go out of business.
