I come here regularly and as of lately the service has been disgraceful. Today I came in and got a family bundle and got told I couldn’t charge be the burgers I know this is false as I change them everytime I also ordered a side of cheesy fries with bbq sauce for my kid and was told once I had paid that I didn’t pay for them- I demanded to speak to a manager when the manager came over, she said “ you didn’t even pay for these but here these ones are free” well turns out they are Tabasco/hot sauce and inedible for my kid to eat. It’s not hard to read an order back as well as double check your screen before handing out.nnAll staff and especially management need to be retrained on how to be RESPECTFUL to customers and efficient.. the service is disgraceful lately.
It's actually above the average hungry jacks. It's my local and I have been a few times, foods always hot and not slapped together too bad. A couple of the staff could be more friendly but even there overall above average compared to all fast food chains.nWell done to the management they are obviously training well and providing a good work environment where people are enjoying work.
Ordered a kids club meal ...all great nThe chicken Royale was very salted and the lettuce was wilted and disgusting with an excessive amount of mayo on the burger.
I ordered A chicken bacon burger Jack’s box large with a vanilla Coke, chicken royal and sweet-and-sour saucennI was never given my sweet-and-sour sauce, My chips tasted like they had zero salt on them and the second burger was supposed to be a chicken Royale, but instead was a barbecue cheeseburger. My nuggets were so hard although I was told that I will be waiting on fresh foodnnI would like to get a replacement of my meal
Usually this hungry jacks is alright but tonight they said they have no Angus beef, can we just use two whopper patties. I said sure. I open the burger to find out the second patty has pieces missing. Looks half eaten. Pretty disappointing. Hope this never happens again.
