Went through drive through waited 20 minutes got no food so slow what happened to the three minute timer. Has that gone. It was there when I use to work there. Do not go there if U are hungry you won't get served
Good location.nGreat service and excellent food.nThe breakfast menu has changed since my last review.nExcellent wraps and Turkish bread breakfast eggs and bacon.nIf anything else I would say that the soft serve ice cream is the best in town. Nice and firm really cold. Won't melt everywhere on the way home.nA special mention to the lovely architectural design of the drive through and manicured gardens. Makes it just that little bit special.nThanks team for those smiles and great service.
i went through drive through jus to get 2 storms, first we waited a couple mins jus get served when we went to the first window to pay for our ice cream we never got told that the ice cream machine wasn’t working properly and went to the second window this blonde girl that was serving us let us know that the ice cream machine wasn’t working properly and offered to show us what consistency the ice cream was when she was done she walked back over with both storms made and when we saw the consistency we decided to just get a refund after she got the manager to get us a refund my partner saw her mouthing off to other co workers saying we were un grateful and that she jus made 2 storms for no reason jus to have to chuck them out even tho she said to us she was just going to show us the consistency so we could decide wheather we wanted a refund or not i find this behaviour absolutely disgusting and the fact that we could here her going off abt us just for wanting a refund is horrendous
The service girl around 10:30 pm on 6/12/24 asked us to wait to take the other and left us waiting for almost 30 mins and took orders from 5 other cars beside us on the other lane. There were 3 other cars behind me, later we had to reverse the car and go to the other lane and waited 4 more mins after taking order from another different lane she finally took our order. Later when we asked from the service girl who was taking our order she was like the screen went off, I asked if the screen went off how did you manage to take the order from the previous lane where with me 3 other cars were waiting. Later after we paid for our food she slammed the window really hard and before that asked us to go to the other window.nLater when we finally took our food she literally gave us the food and slammed the window again. She looked like a teenager to me working in the drive through. It was kinda racist vibe that we went through. Don’t think we are trying this hungry jacks again.
