I didn't think it was possible to be worse than the Loganholme store but guess what? Beenleigh store is just that. Have attended 3 times now each time getting home with something missing or with the wrong food. Apologies now to the people behind me in the drive through but I can see that I am going to have to completely check my order, including the burger type & the nugget count, before leaving the window. I have previously worked in the fast food industry for a very long time so have a good understanding how hard it can be at times but this is ridiculous. Other similar type fast food venues do not seem to struggle like this.

They started off well, but have been going down hill for the last couple of months. They never get my order right anymore. Theres always a 10 minute waiting period in the drive through, even when Im the only one there lol. And the last couple of times they can never make me a shake because the shake machine doesn't work. And just this morning when I showed up for breakfast, I was told that they couldn't cook any beef so muffins and wraps are all off the table, so I couldn't have any breakfast. What a huge disappointment guys. I will be going else where from now on.

Slowest fast food ever. over 15 minutes wait in drive thru after paying. Food was good when it eventually arrived.

Decent service, but you can tell that it is a new store. Food was timely and the burger was actually better than expected. Unfortunately, the chips were cold and not pleasant to eat. I would give this store a try in a few months once it has outlived it's growing pains

Store wasn't even busy and every customer that was there had to wait a 15 minute minimum for stone cold burgers and over cooked fries. Manager did not seem to care and was walking around like she didnt even know where she was. Other customers also frustrated about the long wait and the only response as to a reason was was to blame the kitchen staff. More then 12 staff on and they can't handle 4 orders, id hate to see them through a lunch rush!
