Good location.nGreat service and excellent food.nThe breakfast menu has changed since my last review.nExcellent wraps and Turkish bread breakfast eggs and bacon.nIf anything else I would say that the soft serve ice cream is the best in town. Nice and firm really cold. Won't melt everywhere on the way home.nA special mention to the lovely architectural design of the drive through and manicured gardens. So gross, opened my burger and started to put chips on it only to realise there was a big black hair. So glad I opened it.
This is an absolutely atrocious excuse for a hungry jacks store. The last time I came here I was given 5 small chips instead of the meals I ordered. Then again tonight I ordered a large cheeseburger meal and 3 tenders. I was given a bbq cheeseburger instead and no sauce when I ordered two extra. Mistakes can happen yes but this is just pure ignorance and laziness not to mention the staff members are extremely rude. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Hands down the best double whopper with cheese plus I added extra cheese and bacon. Came out fresh and delicious. Chips were good too. Nice and salty and fresh. Quick service. In and out within 5 minutes.
It is frustrating to stand at the counter and see your food sitting at in the warmer for 10 minutes while no one hands it to you. I was tempted to go behind the counter and pick it up myself.nn... Surely the staff member putting the drink on the counter can also pick the burger up that is within arms reach and complete the order. Or maybe the staff member standing waiting for the fryer buzzer to sound could pass me my burger. Maybe the manager that keeps coming and checking the screen then walking off could simply pass my burger my way? Maybe they will acknowledge me and apologise for the needless delay? Maybe I will always be treated as lowest priority because I chose to walk in the door and not use drive through.. All thoughts I had while watching my burger sit and go stale ;nnSeriously though some initiative might go a long way to help customer satisfaction.
