Really disappointing drive-through experience at Hungry Jack’s Beenleigh.nAfter a long waiting time i get given a soggy cone of icecream with my meal. I politely asked for a new one but was given a smaller serve, with the staff member showing clear frustration, then handing my order abruptly and slamming the window.nnAlso concerned the same cone may have been reused, which raises hygiene issues and resulted in a soggy cone.nnNot about the $1 — it’s about poor service and quality.
Very dirty and filthy, no tables cleaned.nnWe also kindly asked them to fill up our daughters water bottle with tap water which they blatantly refused.
NOT ONLY did the absolute monster, terror, horrible old lady manager at the front desk charge me 70 cents AFTER collecting my order, MY RIB BURGER, WHICH I PAID 3 DOLLARS EXTRA FOR 2 RIB PATTIES, ONLY HAD 1. I am APPALLED with the service at this establishment, old lady you should be ASHAMED and DEMOTED to back of house. Do Better.
I ordered A chicken bacon burger Jack’s box large with a vanilla Coke, chicken royal and sweet-and-sour saucennI was never given my sweet-and-sour sauce, My chips tasted like they had zero salt on them and the second burger was supposed to be a chicken Royale, but instead was a barbecue cheeseburger. My nuggets were so hard although I was told that I will be waiting on fresh foodnnI would like to get a replacement of my meal
