The move was a hassle free experience, and the 2 guys who came were great! Thanks Graham, and Jack!
Why then I'm rating only 3 stars? This is because there was a damage done to one of the door lock metal plate. It was ripped off the door frame. This was reported immediately and Graham informed the office immediately. This happened back on 27 Dec 17., but the repair is still not done till today!  The repairer they use is like the King. Everyone is dependent on his time. This does not make me feel like I am a customer AT ALL!! What's worst is that my Bond is still withheld by the Property Agent until the repairs are completed!  So damn ridiculous that it takes a month to repair! So unhappy with the way they do things after getting their money!!

We've used a few movers over the years and we've now used these guys twice. They aren't the cheapest, but they are the best value for money. Great staff and experienced operators means we've saved both time & stress. I don't think we'll ever use another moving company.

Very slow service waste too much time on phone while doing job. Took 4 hours to do 2.5 hour jobs even with my own help and also I have everything ready pull apart my furniture for them before they arrive, i thought they would be professional as I been told on the phone and agree to pay $170 an hour but na they send a teenager as a second person. they damaged my $1800 mattress and couch as they slide it on the floor. Moved 3 times in past with same stuff no other movers took more than 3 hours. even this time I made them put half of my stuff in garage if they had to take upstairs probably take them another hour also I moved only 7.5km away which is 10 min drive. Rang them after in the office the guy was even shocked about taking too long as I only have 1 bedroom apartment sought of stuff but he said he is passing that complaint to state manager but nothing happen. Stay away from them better to find someone on gumtree much cheaper and also this movers find their PROFESSIONAL movers on gumtree.
