Alex and Leo were amazing. They listened to my instructions. Took extra care of my expensive items and wrapped everything up in soft towels. They were efficient and very respectful. It started raining heavily and they put towels down to not mess my clean floors. Best moving experience ever! I highly recommend Ready Movers and this strong Brazilian duo!
Ready Movers were really great in my moving. Mainly John was really helpful and understood my requests and managed the move very well. He was really thoughtful and empathetic when things were delayed or didn’t go as planned. As moving is stressful for anyone, someone like John who understands the situations, really feels helpful.nAlso, his teammates Leo and Junior were also really great. They were more than just movers, I highly recommend John and his teammates for a stress free move. I would give 10 stars if I could.
I had a fantastic experience with Ready Movers from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient on moving day. They handled all of our belongings with great care and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy.nnA special mention to Jhon and Theo, who were absolutely outstanding. They were perfectly on time to when they said they would show up. They worked so well together as a team — hardworking, incredibly strong, and genuinely nice guys who stayed positive, happy and relaxed all day. Their communication was excellent the whole way through, keeping us informed and at ease. They made light work of all our heavy furniture, even with two flights of stairs, which was seriously impressive.nnNothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it in the new home, and even gave us a hand taking stuff to our car too.nnI’d highly recommend Ready Movers to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking removalist team. Thanks again for making our move such a positive experience!
Tiago, Jefferson & Phillip assisted me with a “messy move” today and were helpful, polite, calm, careful, caring and courteous from the moment they arrived until the time they departed.nnConsidering they had to unload a full container that had been in storage at Ready Movers for over a year, and then partially reload it before transporting to its final destination over an hour out of Brisbane, I was very appreciative of their patience and understanding of the process that we needed to follow.nnUnloading at the destination was not an easy one either, with a long 80m walk from the truck to the lift with each load. when one lift broke down , that did not even phase them.nnThese kind men assembled the beds for me, set the chairs around the table and took away the empty boxes I had already unpacked. I could not be happier with their service and professionalism.nnI have used Ready Movers for many years and highly recommend the company in general but wish to thank this team specifically.
Can’t recommend Felipe Ferraz ans Léozão enough! Absolutely brilliant team. They were incredibly careful with my belongings and kept me entertained while doing it. Moving forward I’m going to be recommending Ready Movers to family and friends!! Thanks again guys, job very well done.
