I can not thankful to Brilliance highly enough. From the moment they arrived to do our move we were able to relax at last. They took all of the worry and stress out of the day for us. Nothing was too much trouble and those guys really know what they are doing and we're quick to reassure any doubts we had. We felt completely at ease knowing all of our worldy goods were in thier care once loaded in the truck!

2 young guys were polite and careful though painfully slow. They are actually subcontracted out by another mob, so all a bit dodgy. Job confirmation email stated I had to pay using credit card but at end of job they wanted cash or funds transfer with no job sheet for me to sign or detailed receipt as promised. Payment process all very dodgy and stressful at the end of a big day adding an extra 90 mins whilst I tried to get proof "Eddie" the owner on the end of the phone was who he said he was. Will call tomorrow for a proper receipt. Use with caution and definitely recommend having a bloke around to help negotiate. Not fun as a single female who had to call her brother urgently to come and defend my legal stance re payment etc. Wouldn't use them again sadly nor can I recommend them to you. RESPONSE TO BRILLIANCE REMOVALS BELOW 1. I never tried to avoid payment. I was simply trying to (a) pay by credit card to the company I had a contract with as opposed to the subcontracted company who appeared on the day, minus their job book, receipt book and eftpos machine who suddenly wanted cash in hand payment with no receipt! 2. It was 3 days before I installed my bedroom tv so I could not have known it was broken until then. As I said in my emails, I witnessed your 2 men drop my tv face down onto a concrete floor. I advised you immediately I turned it on to see it was damaged beyond repair. You have denied me access to claim under the insurance offered as part of my contract and as advised I have no other avenue other than to commence legal proceedings for replacement of this tv that YOUR staff broke. 3. It was very intimidating to have 2 men and just me as a single female, then you on the end of the phone. 3 against 1 with conversations between your men and you all in a foreign language and your man retaining my house keys - which is why I had to call my brother well after the job ended. Even he said your business practice is not at all professional and even he struggled to have your men leave my apartment and complete the transaction downstairs. I did not elude to all the intimidatory practices in my initial comments but after your unfair and untruthful reply I needed to defend myself. 4. As I said on the night, I could not know the condition of all effects moved until I'd unpacked everything and stated I'd advise if there were any damages which I did when I installed the tv 3 days later. 5. I wanted to pay BUT I wanted proof my money was going to the contracted supplier and wanted an immediate tax receipt which was not forthcoming until the next day. 6. Sadly I'm left no choice but to see you in court as you failed to respond to my emails and compensate me for the tv YOUR staff destroyed.

Henri Joe & Giovani from Brilliance were truly fantastic - we could not have asked for a better move! Working both smart and hard all our items and cartons were moved with care and control. They were especially careful around our 3.5 year old twin boys who were of course extremely curious as to where all their precious items would go! Also took considerable care getting everything into our brand new home. Would not hesistate to recommend to anyone moving in Brisbane. Alec & Kate

So many boxes!!! So many stairs. The guys were great, just worked constantly. Lots of care, always asked if they were not sure. Thank you. Moving sux. You made it suck less!
