Jack and Riley moved my furniture last Tuesday- it was a very stressful time for me and they were so lovely and worked really well together. I then moved again on Friday and it was great to have Jack back again who knew my furniture well as he had packed it into storage. Sebastian worked with him and again both men did a great job. Jack was very experienced and taught both Riley and Sebastian well. Jack should be commended on his leadership skills in training the other two. Thank you I am now all moved in and very happy with the wonderful move.

i had a booking for 2 trucks and 4 guys Tom R, Tom L, Michael and Joel to move my mother and myself and in 20 years of moving and dealing with Removalist the crew you sent out were the best she has ever used. They were incredibly helpful and hard working and amazing to deal with. They took a lot of care and went above and beyond. Thank you so much for sending the most amazing workers out they are truly an assets to your company

The two young gents who moved us were excellent. They were polite, courteous and considerate. They moved at a constant level and we were happy with our service.

Based on my experience I would never use this company again - they damaged many items moved and have done all they can to avoid responsibility (i.e. claiming the damage wasn’t caused by them, and not providing a way to claim on their included insurance). The manager dealing with the case has been most unhelpful and has offered no resolution; they seemed to reach their own conclusion without seeing the before and after photos of the damage I believe they caused.

Liam and Cedric were awsome. Did a great job. Very friendly. Quick and supportive the whole way. Keep up the good work bne removals.
