My experience goes back eight years. From the girls in the office to the boys in sales and the removalists every thing has always been very professional. Have had my gear in storage for that long! It always crosses your mind and wonder if everything is safe and looked after? Well mine was all just perfect! Thanks to all the people involved over the years. Well done. Highly reccomend.

DO NOT USE. Would give -0 if I could. Spend your money elsewhere or even spend that little extra elsewhere. Don't let their reply fool you they do not intend on helping as much as they can. They damaged so much of our belongings, and not just little things, items passed down from people who are no longer with me. The amount of expensive items damaged and they don't even offer your full insurance amount... They make sure things are worded in a way where they don't have to pay you what your entitled too. They treat your items like garbage. No care. Completely disgusted with this company.

Absolutely discusting have used twice first time they took 5 weeks longer then they initially told me to deliver my things. however have used again completely damaged my things. Fridge also family antiques broken and damaged . Bed completely ruined. Tv broken beyond repair. Baby's cot and mattress ruined. Have had to pay to replace items urgently needed and for repairmen to come and write a report to say it's broken all on top of what I've paid. I'm now fighting to have the insurance I paid for the move to be released over a month now and nothing. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS PAY THE FEW HUNDRED DOLLERS EXTRA FOR A MORE PROFESSIONAL OUTFIT. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID

Appalling customer service, lost boxes in the move, damaged computer screen, refused to re-assemble furniture they disassembled for the move, AND staff laughed and told me about an employee who was intoxicated at work, drinking on the work site and intending to drive trucks for them. DO NOT recommend.
