I have been to this restaurant several times since it opened and it seemed to get worse each time. The setting is clean and modern with lots of bronze wood. Touch pad ordering is up to date and the menu looks great. Food is ok most of the time but it is nothing more. In fact, with my last visit, the mackerel meal was poor. The fish looks great when it was served but the meat was grey once your dig in and the texture was firm but watery. There was literally a pool of water once the meat was removed. The skin has grill marks on it so my only explanation is that it was grilled and then frozen and they did a poor job reheating it. Very sloppy. When you consider the whole point of Japanese food is the freshness of ingredients, that is a total let down. Service is minimal. They deliver the food and that's about it. When we were leaving, we actually stood by the cashier for several minutes before anyone came to take our money. I'm sure that if I was inclined to walk out without paying, nobody would care.

Good bento. Ordering experience is great for kids. However, the quality of food is better than city shop.

Food looks nice, and everything else is terrible especially the taste. This is experienced during half price anniversary, and written by someone who goes to Japan a lot and lived for 1 and half year. Basically everything is saltier than they should be, rice is cooked with too much water and low quality in general. Egg roll doesn't have sweet taste, side dishes are Microwaved. The food stand provided space for candle to continuously heating the food, but when I left the bowl there are no candles. Overall disappointing experience, good service and great looking food, but need new chef.

Very nice food not the most reasonable price but good for hangging out with old friends
