Most of my fault with this station is in the crossing of the tracks to get home to the other side of the track and head towards the city. A 15min wait is expected daily and I’ve waited up to 45min before getting an Uber home before. The station is on a few different train lines conveniently, but sonetimes a train will turn into an express at Footscray and drive right past the station. There’s work to be done here.
Noisiest station ever.nThe level crossing is so annoying and noisy.nnWhy this stupid station is not removed yet?nAnd yet in existence.nnThe sound of level crossing travel upto 10 km and this has hampered my life.nThe sound of level crossing goes like every minute and I loose my mind because of annoying level crossing ring sound.nnFor god sake, remove the level crossing of this damn station.
Great station although they could install more Myki readers on the city bound platform. I don't use the carpark but there seems to be plenty of spaces.

The only train station where you can get to the boom gates 10 minutes before your train is due to arrive, and still miss it. No level crossing removal? Must be a Labor safe seat.
