Great facilities, though have to change trains to get to Williamstown.

Can you please have someone on Platform 2 to update the passengers travelling to Altona ? Trains are consistently cancelled at this station but no one even cares to inform the passengers of what's going on. Horrible service

Very shabby facilities, felt unsafe at night wgilst waiting for a interchange train. No great facilities available.

Ok if your train is running. Mine isn't. It's a station, has some toilets and a covered waiting area. If you live on the Altona loop you can get to enjoy spending time here quite regularly.
