A well orchestrated company that clearly has a set of very defined processes that work in harmony. We had a burst water main under our driveway, water everywhere. Called YVW and within a short space of time a man arrived turned the water off, sealed the area and made it safe, next morning at 7am crew arrives with digger and team ready to commence restoration works. Sadly I have the pleasure of a disrupted driveway, but such is life. Now I understand what the sewage and other costs are on the water bill, seems high but when you look at the works involved in fixing pipes that have been there for 40 years you can start to understand.
We had a great experience with Yarra Valley Water emergency service. We needed our stop tap repaired on the weekend to help manage a leak. From the phone call to the arrival to the repair on a Sunday every part was smooth and well communicated. Thanks so much.
For over an hour, we tried without success to contact their accounts department. Their six figure sms verification wouldn’t go through, ??? In desperation we got onto a very nice lady in their faults and emergencies department, and she put us straight through to their accounts department. 5 STARS for their faults and emergencies department.
10/10 for YVW, our front yard grassed area became saturated with an obvious water leak in the supply line. Reported via email and phone, inspected in the morning, then 3.00pm that day a crew arrived and had the old supply line changed over and the hole/s filled, all within slightly more than 1 hour! Fantastic service, thank you YVW!
Came and done repairs at 10pm at night, I understand emergency work but this wasn’t emergency and could have been done during the day. Would have loved a messaged earlier in the day that water is going to be shut off not 10 minutes after they shut the water off at 10pm. Also machines woke my baby up. Useless
