The quick responsiveness of the YVW team was a refreshing contrast to the other *ahem* **electricity** provider we need to deal with as we've been sorting out utilities for our new build.nnI called YVW to arrange a service and was sorted within 48 hours. I've been waiting 3 months for the ***other guys*** to sort their stuff out.
