At Xtend Barre, we deliver results. A lot of programs promise results; few deliver.
Barre programs like to promise a long, lean dancers body but the truth is you're either born with long and lean genes or you aren't. Most of us are not. Take a look at the body of a soccer player - strong, muscular, agile legs. The body of a swimmer - strong, flexible shoulders, core and hips. We are all different and that's what makes us amazing.

Xtend Barre provides you with a variety of programs - from HIIT training (Circuit 7 & Boxing) to our signature Xtend Barre class- to help you achieve your personal goals.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, increase flexibility, cross train, or all of the above, our programs are designed to help you achieve actual results.

Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great workout which is fun but challenging! Kelicia is a fantastic instructor she is motivating, friendly and spends the time to ensure that everyone is applying the correct technique to get the most out of the class. The studio is clean, tidy and smells like you are entering a day spa. Who knew that exercise could be so fun!

I have only good things to say. A lovely little, well looked after studio, a very professional business, high standards. Positive, personable teachers (who take the time to remember your name! :) Small intimate classes. I would highly recommend!

Really enjoying getting involved. I was a complete beginner and have never done a dance class in my life, but have felt welcomed and comfortable on each occasion. Really happy I joined!

Really enjoying the classes at this welcoming studio. The instructors are professional, enthusiastic and engaging and each class is dynamic, motivating and most importantly fun and enjoyable!

Fantastic  atmosphere, love the variety. I’m not a gym person and like to exercise outdoors, but find it invaluable to be able to add the stretching and core exercise to my exercise and have never been to a more appropriate venue. Thanks Xtend Barre Cairns.
