After training with Al for almost a year, I've realised that Al and Zu are the most dedicated team of professional trainers I've met. From professionally run bootcamps to kick ass weight sessions to nutritional advice, they have all the bases covered. Results driven and results orientated, get these guys on your side!

I did PT with Zu for about 15 months and I can say that she truly cares about the results. She gives 100% and is always there for you, with Zu no question is stupid or dismissed, she understand is all new for you and each person body time and composition are different. You will need to commit, but she will also help you with that, I am skeptical about things, for me I need to see it to believe it, and I can say, that my results were very visible and it's all credits to Zu's knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Zu for your body transformation and new lifestyle.

I remember looking at a magazine one day, there was a picture of a bikini contest women with an incredible body and I thought, I would love to look like this one day and maybe even do a bikini competition, followed by another thought of in my dreams maybe! Not long after I decided to try and give it ago and found Zuzana J This changed everything. Zu not only gave me the confidence but she made me believe anything is possible if you just stick to the plan, so I did. I watched my body change with excitement and without Zu I really don't think it would of been possible to achieve my desired Goal. She was very calm and put up with so much, it was all new to me so I had a lot of questions, Zu was there for me 24 hours and would always make sure all my questions were seen to and I fully understand everything. Going through a journey to compete in a body building competition was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done to be honest, thanks to Zu I can look back and say, I did it J After spending 18 months with Zu, Zu and her husband Al have become very good friends. I have also noticed they are very good friends with all their clients in fact, I believe this is because they genuinely care about there client's and genuinely like to get to know their them. They are both wonderful people and very honest, I trusted Zu with everything she said and I think it’s the most important thing, if you are looking for a Personal Trainer it is important to be able to trust that they genuinely care about your health and well being, even after the completion. Zu will still come up to me at the Gym and try and motivate me, this is because she cares about her client's and wants me to do well and be happy. They even drove to Townsville and stayed over a night to make sure they get to be there for us all the way though the journey. They are both wonderful people and I cant recommend them highly enough. Best decision I have ever made and best result's I have ever seen. If you want to achieve your fitness goal and want someone to really look after you then Zu and Al are the best people to see, they are amazing people and amazing at what they do.

By far two of the best trainers you will ever have! They have got me from having zero fitness to meeting ADF standards and don't ever give up on you even when you give up on yourself. I can not recommend these lovely people enough. If you want results, they will get you there! It will be one of the best decisions you will ever make.
