I used to train at local gyms on my own but lacked motivation and support. I'd train for 2 hours and feel like I did nothing. I looked into getting a PT but they cost $45 for just one session a week. When I saw that Chris had opened a gym I thought I would try it out. Just over 1 year ago I joined F45 cairns CBD. I Started with a 7 day free trial and I fell in love with the place. Why I LOVE F45 Cairns CBD:-- •The trainers are so welcoming, it doesn't matter what fitness level you are at, they will meet you where you are at. • The music is pumping! (We like to sing or bust a move during the breaks) •The workouts are always different, i never do the same workout twice. •i smash a full body workout in less than 45 mins and I feel amazing afterwards! •i am part of a family in F45 ( an extremely good looking family) that HI 5 each other after each workout! •there's also a cook at the gym who makes DELICIOUS food!!! •there's childcare for my daughter and she even takes part in warm up exercises with us The best part! I pay $45 for unlimited classes and it's even better than having a personal trainer! It's so much fun it doesn't seem like being at a gym! Just a bunch of friends working out together 💪 I highly recommend F45 Cairns CBD.

I have been at f45 from the start and all I can say is Chris and the team are amazing! I drive past another f45 but cous never leave! The atmosphere is amazing and everyone makes you feel comfortable! It's like a title family! Best gym ever

Great workout environment with awesome energy. Motivating trainers, social team mates and welcoming atmosphere. Challenging but fun and highly addictive! So glad I found this place. Highly recommended for all ages and abilities!

F45 Cairns CBD Pre pregnancy body come back has been a goal of mine for the past 2 and half years after having my little boy. I put on 20 kilos with him and found it incredibly hard getting rid of the extra weight after major surgery. I had been going to the gym on and off for two years with little to no results! Many people tried to convince me to try F45 but I am extremely cautious and sceptical of new rave health crazes. So what changed my mind ? My best friend in Brisbane joined F45 and did the 8 week challenge. I could not believe how crazy her results were for someone who is extremely not active and a smoker. So I got of my high horse and gave it a crack. I did the last 8 week challenge and came first for the ladies ( really 2nd to all 😜). I can not believe I am now smashing my goals !!! 7 kgs down and a huge transformation in my health, posture and tone of my body I couldn't turn back! Sorry for the novel but F45 CAIRNS CBD is now my happy place and family. Chris and the amazing team never fail to encourage and inspire me daily to continue on this great journey 💪🏽 Oh and I bring my son along to every session I can, so he can watch and learn 😇 "Highly recommend"
