Awesomeness, great waiting staff always very helpful and so kind, making you feel like home....... A must for lovers of fine food and soups, either hot n very spicy or plain Jane, all is here of your choice. Keep up the great work guys.
Always have had a good experience. Always been back for hotpot and will continue to come. Favourites are handmade noodles and wontons and banana fritter!
Recurring visitor, never gets boring cooking up your own hotpot. They give plenty of food in the buffet, it's kept very clean and the staff are friendly. Gets quite busy so if you want to avoid being seated upstairs you should make a booking. Also for the spicy food lovers it's amazing, but a word of caution about the hottest option, it really is very very spicy and not for the average person I think. The staff will warn you about it too if you plan to order it.
$32.50 Buffet is a fantastic deal. We were seated straight away without a booking. They had a full house on a Sat night. Dishes were taken away promptly and waiters kept topping up the soup. Great first experience. Thank You.
cheap and affordable hotpot but waitress could do with more training. Forgot our order and then tried to lie about why our order didnt come and speak badly about us to other staff but oblivious to the fact we could understand every word we said. Told the owner about it and he was very apologetic about the issue. Despite that waitress, it still be worthwhile to check it again.
Fast, cheerful and satisfying. One of the best Buffet Hotpot I've been to, here or in Asia.
Not recommended, bad review! The waiter didn't know anything, the ingredients were not fresh, the food was stinky and it was placed in the freezer. The soup was very savory and it was very thirsty and very uncomfortable! The meal time was limited in two hours. I ordered more than an hourthe meal was not delivered. Asked the waiter many times, just talk about asking the kitchen, after that, there is still no coming! Too bad! Not recommended! Will not come again in the future!
All you can eat hot pot buffet for $32.80. Service was great, waiters promptly brought out dishes and took away any empty plates once completed. Our soup was also promptly topped up when low. Even had the manager come around and talk to us which was very nice to see.
Wonderful, clean and quiet restaurant with helpful staff who explain things clearly for those who have never experienced hot pot before. The ingredients were super fresh and tasty and bbq items were amazing. I celebrated my birthday here and was not disappointed. Highly recommended!!!
It was very pleasant and the wait staff were excellent and attentive to our needs. We ordered way too many dishes, not realising they would be so generous. We will know next time. An different way for us to have a meal, but enjoyable.
