Omg Val the "manager"is an abusive psycho! !!!! AVOID THIS PLACE! !!! She appears to believe it acceptable to order guests about and I saw her horribly verbally abuse some very disabled people! ! NOT ALLOWED AIR CONDITIONING IN HIGH SUMMER???!! NO AIR CONDITIONING IN DINING ROOM AT ALL? !! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! FOOD :Very sparse vegetables and no fruit at all! To be fair Gratton who basically does everything tries his best and the fresh meat meals are good. But very few veg and a lot of cheaply bought food. Dinner is basically one sandwich and a dessert. Reasonable rooms but can't even make yourself a cup of tea! Have to wait in heat. I CAN'T BELIEVE THE HOSPITAL SOCIAL WORKER looked me straight in the eye and guaranteed it was a good place! Obviously never researched at all!
