I had the pleasure of working with Sana as my case manager, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support she provided. She was quick to respond, incredibly thorough, and always made sure every detail was covered. Her professionalism and responsiveness gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire process. Sana truly went above and beyond, and I deeply appreciate the effort and care she put into helping me.
I was simply five minutes late to a 4pm Weekday appointment which is when traffic is terrible, I received a call at 4:03 saying if I make it there within 8 or so minutes I’d still be seen. And which I did since I literally stated I was simply outside trying to find parking as there isn’t any close ones nearby or they’re full which then I walk in and proceed to wait 40 minutes till I was then told I was too late and we couldn’t proceed with the appointment and not only that I was also degraded with a bunch of unnecessary comments and remarks. I’d understand if I was 20 minutes to an hour late. But it was genuinely 8ish minutes late. And it’s not like I haven’t waited longer in the past to be seen. Some times I come in early or on time and I don’t get seen till 20 minutes later? A bit hypocritical there ?
Had the most rude and demeaning experience of my life here last week. I have written and made a formal complaint, I wouldn't wish the interaction I had on anyone, and just hope I got unlucky with the specific social worker assigned to me. I have never had a problem finding full time work until this current recession theres so many applicants I dont even get rejection letters anymore. I came in with printed copies of my CVs, cover letters and job profiles, and was looking forward to finally getting some assistance and advice on getting back into the workforce full time isnt that what this service is for? but instead had my confidence knocked back by a WINZ social officer who doesnt have enough empathy or morality to be in their designated role.
I always deal with Jay at the front desk and he is excellent at what he does. Everything is made easy and simple and the employees I've dealt with are very wonderful.
It's ok but has next to no parking and is miles outside my area
