Fantastic service. Went to AA for a pretty complex licensing issue. Tony did a fantastic job sorting me out  - he was patient and took the time to find out all the facts before advising the best solution, which turned out to be quicker and cheaper than what NZTA told me to do over the phone! 

At the same time Tony was also helping out his colleagues who seemed to still be in training, as well as directing the other customers who decided to start acting like jerks - honestly! One customer started playing with the eye test machine, another customer kept standing in the wrong line, some customers had to be redirected to fill out forms before getting in line.. it was pretty chaotic! 

But Tony handled the pressure very well - he was assertive with customers but not rude, directive with his colleagues but not condescending. Tony is an asset to AA Penrose and I hope his efforts are well rewarded. Thanks Tony, job well done mate!

Tried to sell us THREE times in a row different insurances that would not have us covered in the case of an accident. Please be very carefull when buying an insurance with them. Ask the to double check and have a validation from on of their supervisor. Otherwise you pay for insurance but they will not pay you if you have an accident. Especially if you want to buy an insurance for you self contained van/car. They don't know which product will cover you and they dont' mind.

They dont know the products they are selling, their objective is just to make you pay.

Took a defensive driving course here and found it to be very helpful in preparing me for my full license. The tutor, Grant, was fantastic. Would highly recommend people to take this course.

After registering four vehicles today, I unfortunately did not notice until later in the day that two had been incorrectly registered by the woman who served me, so unfortunately had to make another visit back to the AA to get sorted (over an hour wasted).  I completely understand everyone makes mistakes - after making no fuss whatsoever - not an apology or even a smile - it does not take much AA Penrose!!!
