Extremely disappointing experience. The staff member Sylvia was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.nnShe gave me a voucher that didn’t work and then blamed me, saying it was “my problem” while insisting others could use it. This is completely unacceptable customer service.nnI was left waiting at the counter for 10 minutes with no assistance.nnThankfully, reception staff member eventually helped, but the overall experience was very poor.nnAs a first-time AA insurance user, this left a very bad impression cold attitude, lack of professionalism, and no empathy.
Hi i called them regarding a emergency complaint about a dangerous driver of theirs on the road which almost caused a major crash to us. The call center lady heard us and without saying a word she was dismissed from the start then after I explained myself she cut the call and hung up nobody wants to feel like that especially in a emergency situation where aa insurance driver almost caused a major crash.
I had my Ute in for repairs due to accident, we were given a rental which wasn’t up to scratch so Iris from the customer service centre provided us with a prompt exchange, upon the return she wanted to ensure everything was okay with the Rental that we had, she had provided us some exceptional, I believe she went beyond what was to be expected, highly recommended !!!! thank you Iris for your amazing customer service
I reported my vehicle stolen and the police completed a forensic investigation. I decided to withdraw my claim and informed AA Insurance. Despite this, their investigator repeatedly contacted me and requested private information from my family without providing a written privacy agreement. AA then issued a compliance notice threatening to decline my claim and cancel my policy if I did not comply. I felt pressured and harassed. I have now involved IFSO and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. Do not expect respectful treatment — keep records of all communication if you deal with them.
