Unsure if my parcel was delivered successfully. No update on the tracking number. I was sending important documents. Investigation team only emailed once, but no further updates. Been more than 2 weeks now.

Please update your opening hours. On google, maps, it says that you open at 8:30am but you aren’t. I had to get a babysitter to come to the shop only to find this sign. Disappointing...
If I could give zero star I would. Out of curiosity I googled this Kiwibank to see if anyone has experienced the same bad service from that sad miserable looking Chinese woman at the front line. Not to my surprise others feel exactly the same way as I do. She is so unprofessional so rude I wonder why she is still in the job? She has been working there for many years and not been spoken to about her attitudes towards customer? She does not smile no greetings never want to answer to any of your questions incredibly rude. She seriously has issues with people! Management you need to investigate and listen to your customers feedback. There is only one Chinese old woman working there and she is the reason why nobody wants to go back to your business. I am just extremely happy every time I walk in to see her miserable face! She definitely looked like she did not want to be there.
was a bit nervous to go here as the reviews seemed a bit scuffed but its everything a post office should be. was super organised and i was a bit unsure with what i was doing but the guy just explained it in simple terms and it was very easy.
Terrible customer service. The man kept repeating himself and didn’t seem to understand anything I said, despite speaking quite loudly and clearly. No please or thank you or even hello. Save yourself time and frustration and go elsewhere. I can’t imagine a slower customer service experience. It was ridiculous.

I don't even think it's possible to hire slower staff. One of the ladies forgot her password and had to stop working when there were only 3 tellers on and 12 people in the queue. Unbelievable.
Excellent customer service. Really tried hard helping me to track down my parcel. Will definitely go back to this branch for more services.
This place is a disaster. I feel bad saying that, but it really is. Bad service, bad service, bad service. Staff who don't listen, and you have to wonder if they want to close this branch becasue I've never met a staff member who can help, even with the most basic of enquiries. Tragic from Post Office with a really proud history. Do yourself a favour - go to another branch.
