Provided info on which options of sending it exists and let us choose. Secured the package with tape as well for free, so that it would gold the entire way. Thanks for your professionality and help!

Tired of coming here and getting told my package hasn't been done right. I don't appreciate getting stood over and being watched when filling in customs forms and this shop overcharges on packages. Won't be back, I'm the customer and I have taken my business elsewhere. Be friendly and kind to customers otherwise you'll lose them. Head to royal oak post shop, nicer, cheaper and a nicer experience.

Don't go! I do agree with last three people feedback, they are delivering words very rude way to their customers, I'm totally disappointed that day went to took passport photo, the man took the weird looking photo and very poor quality Like the one taken from old school mobile also he is trying to convince me that will acceptable for immigration, I said "hang on" I am paying money for this service so I am suppose to get satisfaction first then I need to apply paperwork with a fear if it going to be ok or not!!! they are refused to take a another one. god knows he is saying doing this for ages without showing to the people how the photos looks like, Jeez!!! please avoid this place ZERO photography knowledge.

Very poor and rude service by the shopkeeper. Went with my son to buy a bday card for his friend. He took one card to see. Suddenly the shopkeeper came and said, “do not take the cards, the kids put it somewhere, he can see the cards but don’t touch them, make sure your son is not touching or taking the cards”. That too was in a very rude way. I suggest him to get a glass case and put all the cards inside, or else display a poster saying “kids are not allowed to touch”. If you do not want the customers to touch your things, you need to display that in detail. We don’t want a shopkeeper to scold our kids. When we tried to talk to him, he was still arrogant and never apologised. Very very bad experience. I wish all your cards stay in the rack untouched by the customers. Good luck.

Generally the experience has been positive. Customer service at times can be very poor. The lady providing service providers poor service. Today I was having a postal order processed and she stopped to serve someone else needlessly. It would have resulted in a 10 minute wait for me. Luckily another person came free and I was served a couple of minutes later. I waited till the customer left and mentioned to her what had happened and that I thought the way she served me was poor and noted that this was the second time I'd experienced poor service from her. I expect her to take on the feedback and improve. Her response was, "If you don't like my service, next time you come in I will not serve you". It appears the whole idea of good customer service eludes her. My reply, "So I let you know about poor customer service I have experienced and your response is you just won't serve me in future? I'm wanting you to know that you have poor customer service so you can improve it." Since finding the local postal agency some 2 months ago I would guess I have made 15 purchases there. Generally I would give these guys excluding her 4 stars. Her, I'd give a 0.5. hence the 2.

The customer service they give over the phone is unsatisfactory as they are very rude wail on the phone trying to ask them for help to find my mum parcel that was posted 2 days ago the 1st man says to me oh hold on i have another call coming in then he puts me on hold then i am talking to someone else who can't help me then he soon tells me that he has another call coming in and puts me on hold as well. Someone maybe their boss should get them an up skills course on their customer service that us not very good

My parcel came back as returned. Rang NZ POST they have no idea if the old tracking number still alive. The guy at post shop said leave it with me and my parcel is delivered overnight. Highly professional they know what they are doing.

Went there for the first time to dispatch an item and the guy keep insisting me to put the parcel in a box for 2$ extra dollars which I refused. And now I can’t even track my parcel it’s been 3 days and still nothing showing up. I have complained against them and waiting for the outcome.

Went here a couple of times to send some packages. Guys in the cashier always happy to help out. Thanks

Absolutely loved the high-level of service. High quality printing, very helpful staff, and very competitive prices. Postal service is very efficient and fast. NZ post made a great decision to establish a post office at Onehunga office supplies. Got all my house keys cut here, very good quality, it's a one stop shop. Will definitely use for any future postage and printing needs.
