Good luck getting a car spot at The Avenue Woolworths. Privately owned trucks parked and taking up vast areas of car parking space.nContacted management at this store, seems as though this has been an issue for some time.nIt’s also a safety hazard, as it blocks vision of drivers entering/exiting the car park.

Really had shocking experience with their supervisor bailey today. He was forching me to buy coin for trolley just simply asked him abt policies regarding trolleys he was showing me print out from casey council site which says nothing abt their trolleys and what a rude behaviour was. I left the note for  store manager to call me

What a disappointing experience with online ordering won’t recommend to anyone to use this ..specially with avenues village wollys ..paid for the groceries plus delivery fee and I dint get my order properly and when I notified the store manager cut the call on me once and I called again.. no apology to the customer just said call online service and they will refund the money and when I asked about my rest of the groceries only recommended to pay again and get it delivered..so as I’m a paying customer does not matter to Woolworths..managers and who ever I charge of this organisation should be shamed..

The reason I’m giving a five star review is because of Hannah over in Deli she is amazing

Great people work in this Woolworth, they all look really happy and of course, they’ll take their time to help you. Always a great shopping experience for my family. Good job management!
